RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We're happy to facilitate an exchange and or a return for you. Please be aware that we do not cover the cost of return/exchange postage and item must be returned within 7 business days. Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed with the seller) if an item isn't returned in original condition.
REFUNDS
Upon receipt of your returned item, we will conduct a detailed inspection and notify you of its status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the timeline for receiving the credit may vary based on your card issuer's policies.

REPLACEMENTS
We stand behind the quality of our products. If any cutters or tools are found to be defective, such as chipped or broken tools, we will promptly replace them within 5 day of receiving your package.. However, items that appear melted, warped, or damaged from force or heat exposure will not be eligible for replacement.
FINAL SALE
discounted items are sold as a final sale item and cannot be returned or exchanged.
ADD-ON ORDER
We would be delighted to accommodate additional items to your order. Simply request an add-on within 24 hours of placing your original order, and we will create a customized add-on listing for you with no additional shipping charges.
CANCELLATIONS
We kindly ask that any cancellation requests be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
