They're 3D printed from PLA, a plant-based plastic, with a sharp cutting edge and a raised imprint on embossed designs. Every one is designed by Josie and printed in Buda, Texas.

They're made for polymer clay and work with other craft clays too.

Our cutters are designed for clay, so we don't recommend using them with food.

Rinse in lukewarm, soapy water and let air dry. Keep them away from heat, like hot cars, ovens and dishwashers, so they keep their shape.

We ship orders within 3 to 4 business days. During sales, holidays and other busy times it can take a little longer. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it's on the way.

Yes. We ship to the US, Canada, the UK and much of Europe. You'll see the options for your country at checkout.

We can't cancel or change an order once it's placed, so please double-check your cart. If you entered the wrong shipping address, message us within 24 hours and we'll do our best to fix it before it ships.

Because every piece is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges. If something isn't right, message us and we'll help.

Message us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll replace it or offer store credit. The same 5-day window applies if something is missing from your order.

Your tracking link is in your shipping email. If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder. Still stuck? Send us your order number and we'll look into it.

It's the standard 3D model file. You open it in your slicer, the slicer turns it into instructions, and your printer makes the tool.

After checkout you'll get an email with your download link.

Our STL files are for personal use. Message us if you'd like to talk about commercial use.

Yes. HC Studio gives you the STL file, and you print it yourself or send it to a printing service. Any standard filament printer can handle these.

On the Pro plan, yes. It includes commercial use for the cutters, rollers and stencils you create. Starter and Studio are for personal use.

You can buy a boost pack for extra downloads that month, or move up to a bigger plan at any time.

Not yet. HC Studio is built for desktop right now, so use a laptop or computer. Mobile is on the list.
