At Hello Cutters, every order is carefully made and packaged with your creative success in mind. We strive to process and ship orders within 3–4 business days of purchase.

However, please allow extra time during sales, holiday seasons, or high-volume periods, as processing may be delayed slightly. You'll receive an email with tracking once your order is on its way.

When will my order ship?

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or promotions folder, and make sure your email address is correct at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We do not accept cancellations, changes, or modifications once an order is placed. Please double-check your cart before checkout.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products. However, if you experience an issue, don’t hesitate to contact us—we're here to help.

I entered the wrong shipping address!

If you contact us within 24 hours, we will do our best to update the address before your order ships. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the destination.
